Wlostowski Enters TA2 with Hawk Performance Sponsorship

New York—2020 Trans Am presented by Pirelli Championship Super GT runner up Adrian Wlostowski and his F.A.S.T. Racing Team are stepping up to TA2 for 2021 with the support of Hawk Performance.

“I could not be more excited about joining the ultra-competitive TA2 category and having Hawk Performance as our primary sponsor,” Wlostowski said. “It’s a big jump from Super GT to TA2 but I’m really looking forward to the new challenge. There’s 25 to 30 cars in every TA2 race so you’re always in a battle with someone and I’m excited to be able to go wheel to wheel with these great drivers. We had a great year in Super GT and hope to keep the momentum going in TA2.”

Hawk Performance Product Manager and Marketing Lead John Butler said, “F.A.S.T. Auto is a longtime friend and customer of Hawk Performance. Adrian and his team have proved themselves time and time again in the SGT with their No. 96 F.A.S.T. Auto Racing Ford Mustang. Now we’re thrilled to partner with the F.A.S.T. team as they enter into the TA2 series for 2021. We’re expecting big things from this very talented team!”

Although it will be his first year competing in TA2, Wlostowski’s F.A.S.T. Racing Team fielded Doug Winston’s TA2 alongside his Super GT efforts this past season.

“We’ll be fielding a two-car effort in TA2 with the goal of taking home the title,” Wlostowski said. “My F.A.S.T. team will once again be supporting Doug Winston. Doug is a longtime friend and TA2 is a great opportunity for us to go racing together. Supporting Doug’s D&M Electrical Contracting, F.A.S.T. Auto,

Howe Camaro, last season helps as we dive into a full season chasing the TA2 title.”

Winston said, “I can’t wait to join Adrian at Road Atlanta. Adrian and his F.A.S.T. team did a great job supporting my car and I’m really looking forward to being a two-car team this year. We’re also looking forward to racing in the same category and if things go well, challenging for podiums and the title. No doubt, TA2 is full of talent, but we have great equipment and some very talented people on our team, so podiums are not out of reach.”

Wlostowski and F.A.S.T. Looking Forward to Gala and 2021

21666.jpeg

New York, NEW YORK - January 8, 2021 - Since its inception in 1966, some of the greatest names in motorsports have participated in Trans Am and the Series itself has grown and evolved tremendously over the years. There is now a clear pyramid among the various classes, from the production car based GT cars through the XGT performance sports cars to the massively competitive TA2 Class with the 850bhp TA Class at the pinnacle.

Having cut his teeth in 2019, 2020 saw New York based Adrian Wlostowski run his first full season in the enhanced Super GT Class, running a Hawk Performance Ford Mustang and the No. 96 car was competitive throughout the season. In 2021 Adrian is taking a step up the ladder with a move into TA2, and if he performs anything like as well as he did in the SGT Class, the rest of the pack will have a fight on their hands.

Adrian gave notice of his championship intentions with a podium P3 finish in the opening race of the 2020 SGT season at Sebring International Raceway. He subsequently only missed out on the podium twice in the whole year. His final points total of 245 was just 7 shy of the top spot but means Adrian will be honored at the online Gala on January 10 with the runner-up medal.

We spoke to Adrian about the season last week and he clearly enjoyed himself in his first full season, "I think Trans Am did an amazing job with getting as full a program and a lot of racing. We battled all the way to the line and had some great adventures along the way. Of course, I'd rather be picking up the Championship at Sunday’s gala but we are proud of our effort and grateful to our amazing partners, Hawk Performance and Forgeline Wheels.”

In addition to the usual plaudits across the various classes, there are additional awards where fans can participate. Get your vote in here and support F.A.S.T.: https://bit.ly/351H2kX

Adrian went on to comment, "It's great to be part of the Trans Am family and now we are working hard with preparations for the move on to TA2. Sebring is little more than six weeks away so we've got our work cut out getting the new car not just ready, but competitive. It's a big step up but we're ready for it."

Well done Adrian and the F.A.S.T. Auto Racing team! Watch for news and announcements on 2021 coming soon!

Gallant Wlostowski Delivers Epic Season Drive for F.A.S.T. Auto Racing New York Team

Clark TA RoadAtlanta20 Race2 AVD-4.jpg

New York, NEW YORK - November 25, 2020 - Adrian Wlostowski and the F.A.S.T. Auto Racing team battled all the way to the line in the Trans Am presented by Pirelli Super GT Class Championship, but with mechanical woes hampering their progress at the Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta circuit on November 21 and 22, the New York based rookie came up just short by seven points in his bid for the Drivers Championship.

Adrian scored another podium finish in Sunday’s spectacular all-classes Trans Am presented by Pirelli race when he finished in the runners-up spot, the same position he filled when all the points were tallied up after Round 9, the last race of the season. It has nevertheless been an extraordinarily impressive first full season in Trans Am for Adrian and the F.A.S.T. team, who have won fans and admirers both in the paddock and among Trans Am supporters worldwide.

The weekend began for Adrian in the No. 96 Hawk Performance and Forgeline wheels sponsored Ford Mustang with a time in testing of 1:28:037, a time he improved to 1:27:229 in official practice. He then qualified the Mustang in 1:27:325 for P3 on the SGT grid, just behind Championship rival Lee Saunders in the Dodge Viper - two iconic American muscle cars going head-to-head.

"Adrian and his crew are fantastic guys," said Lee from the Viper cockpit before Saturday's race."You couldn’t ask for anything better in a competitor. He'd probably give me the engine out of his car!" Adrian commented as the cars assembled in the paddock, "Our backs are against the wall. We have to win and beat Lee and then we're in the hunt. It's going to come down to these last two races. It's going to be a real nail biter down to the end!"

Adrian was definitely right about that. The Road Atlanta Grand Prix Race #1 on Saturday saw Adrian make a fast start at the green flag. Showing tremendous race pace early on, he passed Championship leader Lee Saunders in the Dodge and was making ground on the race leader. It promised to be a very competitive race for the top spot when mechanical issues with the clutch and transmission left Adrian scrambling to maintain pace and hold his position.

Adrian showed tremendous skill, combined with relentless effort to see him climb back up the field and regain position from the BMW GT4 before the problems worsened and resulted in a P5 finish. Nevertheless, a fastest lap of 1:27:840 in Saturday's race meant Adrian started in P3 in the Super GT Class in Sunday’s race. Despite being shuffled back down the field in traffic early on, followed by the safety car, soon after the restart and with 16 laps to go a superb manoeuvre by Adrian saw him overtake Lee Saunders to give himself an outside chance of winning the title. Sadly, it was not to be. Sunday's race saw him finish in P2 with a fastest lap of 1:28:146.

Having arrived at Atlanta with the Championship very much in his sights, Adrian was understandably disappointed to come up just a very few points short, but he was magnanimous in defeat and proud of his team and their record over the season, "First off, I have to say well done to Lee and the Landsearch team. This is a great group of guys. We've had a great competition all year and become great friends in the process." Of the final weekend, Rounds 8 and 9 at Atlanta he added, "It was always going to be difficult after yesterday, but we've had a fantastic year and I can't praise my team highly enough. We've only finished off the podium twice - yesterday and at Road America. Winning at Virginia in the all-class mega race was a highlight and I won't forget the weekend at Brainerd as long as I live!"

Additionally, Adrian went on to thank his partners,"I would like to thank Hawk Performance for the brakes that allow us to outbreak our competition all year long on track and Forgeline Wheels for the tremendous wheel product that we rely on every race weekend."

Wlostowski Primed for Double Atlanta Trans Am Feature

Clark TA COTA20 TA Race AVD-3.jpg

New York, NEW YORK - November 13, 2020 - Leaving Circuit of The Americas the last day it was widely believed that the official driver classification in the 2020 Trans Am presented by Pirelli Super GT Class would show New York newcomer Adrian Wlostowski leading a pack of 15 drivers as we head into the penultimate weekend of the season. However, with fewer than 10 cars in the Super GT Class race at COTA, when the final results posted Adrian remained five points behind Championship leader Lee Saunders. What is not in dispute is that the No. 96 F.A.S.T. Auto Racing Ford Mustang has undoubtedly made a tremendous impact this season and that looks certain to continue when the Trans Am roadshow arrives at the Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, Braselton, Georgia November 19 to 22.

What a weekend it promises to be, with two races scheduled at the Road Atlanta venue. First, as usual, the SGT Class cars will be racing with all but the TA2 Class on Saturday, and then there's an all-class race on the Sunday to replace one of the cancelled events.

Now riding high in the Championship, Adrian is understandably relishing the prospect of getting behind the wheel again and, hopefully, finally getting to lead the Championship. We spoke to Adrian earlier in the week and the Big Apple pilot is clearly pumped for the weekend ahead.

"I am super excited about going to Road Atlanta. I thought we'd be top of the Championship and it turns out that only makes us more determined," Adrian stated. "It's been such a hard and difficult year for everyone including our New York City based shop. Now we're going to Atlanta a few points behind when I thought we were five points ahead - but that's the way it goes sometimes. Now I just want us to keep the momentum going into the final four races."

Adrian is very grounded as well as being talented and was quick to tip his hat to the sponsors that have helped him race at the top, "Hawk and Forgeline Wheels have gone above and beyond to put us here. They make the most amazing brakes and wheels, and using them on the Mustang has put me right in contention in the Championship." Adrian is new to the paddock, though he has driven it virtually as he explained "Atlanta is a track I have never driven except the simulator during the Trans Am Esports event."

Renamed recently following a deal between IMSA Holdings and the European giant Michelin, Rounds 8 and 9 of the 2020 Trans Am presented by Pirelli Championship are at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. Green flag for the first race is at 10:45 a.m. ET on Saturday, November 21 with the spectacular all-classes race a high noon fixture the following day. Road Atlanta is always one of the most popular weekends in the schedule and the prospect of racing twice seems to have made it more so, with a whopping 58 cars due on the track simultaneously on Sunday if everyone stands their ground. Billed as the Road Atlanta Grand Prix. You can get your tickets for this awesome weekend of action here: https://svra.com/events/2020-road-atlanta-grand-prix/

FAST AUTO RACING RUNNER-UP FINISH AT COTA SENDS WLOSTOWSKI TO TOP OF SGT LEADERBOARD

Clark TA COTA20 TA Race AVd-7.jpg

Austin, TEXAS - November 10, 2020 - A first pole position and a runner-up finish for New Yorker Adrian Wlostowski at Circuit of The Americas on Sunday afternoon sent the F.A.S.T. Auto Racing pilot top of the list in the hunt for the 2020 Trans Am presented by Pirelli Super GT Class Championship. Adrian scored a total of 31 points over the weekend to give him 195 overall, eclipsing previous Championship leader Lee Saunders who failed to score after an early exit. Every bit as impressive as the result itself was the fact that for the second time this season Adrian had to overcome a considerable handicap to gain his podium finish, as he told us after the race.

"It's a little frustrating because we had a really good car this weekend and we know the track well, but ten minutes into the race I felt like I lost four cylinders. There was no power left and I ran the whole race on four cylinders." Adrian had to accommodate fast to overcome the difficulty, and showed all his skill to battle back as he explained, "I was downshifting to first gear to keep the revs up over 7,000 and stay on pace. I didn't know if we were going to finish the race at that point."

Regarding the final result and its impact on the leaderboard he added, "We came out in second place and I'm happy for that. I think we took the lead after this race on points." That's something we can confirm he did indeed do.

Adrian's speed in the No. 96 F.A.S.T. Auto Racing Ford Mustang was obvious from the outset, with the Big Apple driver recording a time of 2:17:973 in practice, over half a second faster than his nearest rival. When it came to qualifying, Adrian stamped his authority on the field when he posted a very rapid 2:17:249 on lap 3, a terrific time for the SGT Class, and a clear pole position the first of his Trans Am career. It also won him a three point bonus.

All in all it was a good weekend for the team from New York at the mightily impressive Austin, Texas facility. Once again, enormous thanks are due to John Clagget and his team, the SVRA and of course the people at COTA for making the weekend possible in the very difficult current circumstances.

Next stop for Trans Am is the double header weekend at Road Atlanta, November 19 - 22, which is billed as the Road Atlanta Grand Prix. You can get your tickets here: https://svra.com/events/2020-road-atlanta-grand-prix/

Wlostowski Ready for Next Championship Challenge at COTA

Screen Shot 2020-11-03 at 1.28.54 PM.png

Austin, TEXAS - November 3, 2020 - New York based rookie Adrian Wlostowski will face eight rivals on the grid for the Super GT Class race at Circuit of The Americas on Sunday, November 8, when Round 7 of the 2020 Trans Am presented by Pirelli Championship season gets underway. Having scored the first win in Trans Am of his budding career at Virginia International Raceway the last day, Adrian is keen to keep the momentum going with the SGT driver's Championship now very much within his reach.

"The Championship is my major goal now, there's no doubt about that," he told us from his Big Apple headquarters before the long trip southwest, "We've had some good results this season, no doubt about that, but to get on that top step and to get that first win was just fantastic for the team."

When asked how the win had affected the F.A.S.T. Auto Racing team, he added, "It's given everyone a lot of confidence, all the guys. We know now that we can win together. We've had a taste of it and we want more for the team and our partners! Big thanks again to Hawk Performance and Forgeline."

Adrian did famously well to make the podium last year at COTA when he ran five races in total in the season, so he knows the track and its particular demands well, something he referred to when concluding, "I had a great time at COTA last year when I got a great feel for Trans Am and made the podium. It's an unbelievable place and the track itself is awesome. It makes tremendous demands on both the car and the driver, but we'll be ready for it, that's for sure!"

The Trans Am Racing at COTA is a key component of the whole weekend event, which is officially the Austin SpeedTour. Adrian will be lining up for official practice in the No. 96 F.A.S.T. Auto Racing Ford Mustang at 11:15 a.m. CT on Saturday, November 7, with the all-important qualifying session at 4:50 p.m. CT that afternoon. The race itself combines TA, XGT, SGT and GT classes over 30 laps and is at 1:05 p.m. CT on Sunday, November 8.

The spectator experience at an SVRA event is particularly good, even by motorsport standards. The paddock area is usually open to spectators, so race-goers can check out the garages and get very close to Trans Am cars getting prepared for the action. Anyone attending will see why the Trans Am and the vintage racing community is one of the most friendly and knowledgeable groups of people in the car world. It promises to be a tremendous weekend.

Circuit of the Americas (COTA) is a grade 1 FIA-specification 3.427-mile motor racing track and is the venue of the Formula One United States Grand Prix. The Trans Am series is sharing the track over the three days with the 2020 US Vintage National Championships. There will be all sorts of race cars competing in a wide variety of formulas. Fans can buy tickets for the action right here: https://svra.com/events/2020-us-vintage-national-championship/

Those unable to attend can keep up with all the action by downloading the new Trans Am App. Watch the race events live from the Google PlayStore or Apple. Fans can also watch the race live on the Trans Am Series YouTube Channel and Facebook.

Wlostowski Aiming For Title in Stunning Rookie Season

Clark TA VIR20 -456.jpg

New York, NEW YORK - October 6, 2020 - In a hugely impressive first full season in Trans Am, New York based Adrian Wlostowski has amassed a fantastic 164 points to lie in second place in the Super GT Class Driver's Championship, but the numbers only tell half the story of what has been an extraordinary rookie year for Adrian and the F.A.S.T. team.

Starting at Sebring back in March, there was no early indication of the success to come as Adrian qualified the No. 96 Ford Mustang in P5, but a fine drive saw him claim a podium P3 finish. Adrian then went one better at Mid Ohio to claim the runners up spot, but it was at Brainerd for Round 3 of the season that the F.A.S.T. team flexed to show their expertise, determination and sheer grit to get a result when many would have given up.

Early on in the testing session at Brainerd the engine gave out, breaking the harmonic balancer and putting the Ford Mustang out of action for the weekend. That could have spelt an early finish for Adrian as the only solution was to bring a reserve car all the way from New York, an epic journey of over 1,300 miles. That's exactly what they did! F.A.S.T. Auto Racing brought a car overnight from New York to Minnesota. They then adapted the replacement SCCA T1 Chevrolet Corvette to SGT specs and Adrian skillfully guided the Corvette into the runner up spot and also won the “Cool Move of the Race Award” presented by CoolShirt on a weekend he described as, "Nuts!”

Back in the Ford Mustang, the next successful outing for the F.A.S.T. crew was staged at Virginia International Raceway at the end of September and saw Adrian finish in P2 in Saturday's SGT race before claiming top spot in the SGT Class in Sunday’s Heacock Gold Cup, when over 40 cars in all classes shared the track. It was a tremendous achievement and sets the F.A.S.T team up perfectly as the season builds to a climax.

Now sitting in P2 out of 15 competitors for the Drivers' Championships, Adrian is 26 points behind Championship pace setter Lee Saunders but with 30 points available for the win, it's all to play for with five races remaining.

"We're going to need a bit of luck to overhaul Lee and win the Championship, but winning Sunday’s race at VIR has given us tremendous confidence and momentum for the second half of the season. We know now that we can be competitive for the top step in our class, so from now on it's all about maintaining the momentum."

Adrian went on to add, "We're fortunate in that we have the car at home between races so we can make sure it's perfect for every trip to the track. Naturally we're always looking for ways to find more speed too!"

The home Adrian is referring to is the F.A.S.T. Auto Shop in Maspeth, New York where the Ford Mustang is prepared. Adrian is also in the business of preparing race cars for third parties, so don't hesitate to get in touch if you want to take advantage of his team's terrific expertise.

Finally, a word about the Trans Am organizers - to say that 2020 has been a challenging season for all those involved in motorsports is a massive understatement, and Trans Am is no exception, but to their huge credit John Clagget and his team have managed to reconstruct a full 11 race season - the same number of races as originally planned. Well done John and series management!

Next stop for Trans Am presented by Pirelli is at Circuit of The Americas, Austin, Texas November 6 - 8 where the F.A.S.T. team will be fully focused on winning again.

First Win in Trans Am for Wlostowski Brings Victory for F.A.S.T. Auto Racing in Virginia

Clark TA VIR20 -420.jpg

Alton, VIRGINIA - September 28, 2020 - The Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli rookie Adrian Wlostowski claimed the first win of his nascent Trans Am career Sunday, September 27, at Virginia International Raceway when the New York City based driver sliced through a crowded field to claim the top spot in the Super GT Class.

The No. 96 F.A.S.T. Auto Racing Ford Mustang with Adrian behind the wheel posted a fastest lap of 1:54:930 and finished a hugely impressive P15 overall out of 42 cars and first in class in the thrilling, all classes, Heacock Gold Cup on a dry track that produced an adrenaline packed race Sunday morning. It was a tremendous achievement for Adrian and the F.A.S.T. team and the richly deserved result is the icing on the cake of what has been a fantastic first full season in Trans Am for Adrian and his dedicated crew. The immensely likable and talented pilot from the Big Apple was understandably thrilled when he spoke to our reporter after the race, "We came with a plan today to win and we did not give an inch. We led almost the entire race and we're super happy. We're so excited."

Adrian was his usual generous self as he went on to thank the crew that got him to the top step in just the sixth race of the year, "I want to thank Hawk Performance and Forgeline Wheels and everyone on my team. Steve at Penske shocks, Eric, Karol, Patrick, Chris and everyone in the shop who helped us out to get where we are, thank you!"

He went on, "I knew our car struggled at certain sections of the track so I stayed aggressive where I knew the car was good. It is a blessing to get my first Trans Am win and I am excited to get to COTA where we're going for the win again."

Adrian's win came in the second of the two races held at the weekend, the 42 car all Class spectacular. In Saturday's race Adrian finished in the runners up spot in the SGT Class where he posted a fastest lap of 1:55:734. The result in Saturday's race maintained his terrific sequence of results this season which now reads 3, 2, 2, 5, 2, 1. The results put him right on the shoulder of Championship leader Lee Saunders who can now see Adrian fast approaching in the rear view mirror.

In spite of the absence of spectators, it was a fantastic weekend in Alton, Virginia. The decision to hold two races on consecutive days was fully vindicated and the all car race proved to be a tremendous spectacle. Judging by the reactions in the paddock afterward, it may not be the last time we see an all class race in Trans Am.

Huge thanks are due to John Clagget, Dorsey Schroeder and the rest of the Trans Am organizers for making the weekend possible in the very difficult current circumstances.

As Adrian said, the next stop for Trans Am is at Circuit of the Americas, Austin, Texas November 6 - 8 where the F.A.S.T. team will be fully focused on win number two, but for now it's huge congratulations to Adrian and his team for a job well done.

Wlostowski and F.A.S.T. Auto Head South for Virginia Double-header

Clark TA MidOhio20 -108.jpg

New York, New York - September 4, 2020 - One of the most notable features of this truncated Trans Am season has been the emergence of several newcomers to the muscle car scene and few if any have made a bigger (or better) impression than the Big Apple's own Adrian Wlostowski. Currently sitting in second place in the Super GT Class for Championship points, Adrian will be looking to score his first win and two-top finishes at Virginia International Raceway, Sept 25-27, for the Heacock Classic Gold Cup weekend.

Adrian is team principal and driver at F.A.S.T. Auto Racing of New York, a high performance and sports autoshop par excellence. The high standards Adrian and the team set are reflected in their choice of sponsors. Forgeline Wheels are about the best you can get, while Hawk Performance Brakes are synonymous with top level motorsports professionals. Those standards, and the tremendous professionalism of the F.A.S.T team, have already seen Adrian comfortably into second place out of 14 starters in the Super GT Drivers Championship in his inaugural full time season. Adrian has 102 points, fully 48 points clear of the third place driver and only 29 behind table-topper Lee Saunders. Needless to say, after three podium finishes Adrian's eyes are very much on the top spot when the Trans Am roadshow arrives at VIR for the double header on the weekend of September 24 to 27 where he will be competing in both SGT races in the No. 96 Ford Mustang.

While the SGT Championship will therefore be very much at the forefront of Adrian's mind at the 3.3-mile, 17-turn venue located in Alton, VA, the team has been busy testing and preparing for the Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli upcoming events - working on development and advanced performance for the Ford Mustang SGT.

It's been quite a season for Adrian already and the likable young man is naturally looking forward to what will be a very busy weekend at VIR. Putting the Watkins Glen cancellation behind him, he spoke to us this week about the upcoming double-header.

"Naturally, I'm disappointed not to be racing at Watkins Glen. As the former home of the United States Grand Prix it's a genuinely iconic venue but with any luck we'll be there next year which will make it all the sweeter."

Reflecting on the season to date Adrian went on, "Overall it's been a fantastic start to the year. We did well at Sebring to make the podium and then went one better into P2 at Mid Ohio. Then, we had that crazy weekend at Brainerd! Last time out I experienced the flip side of motorsports when the left rear control arm snapped but it's how you bounce back from these things that matters and we'll be ready to go at VIR."

"I'm fully behind Trans Am's decision to double up at Virginia. It makes perfect sense with everyone there and setup. I'm particularly excited to get behind the wheel again and VIR is a fun and fast track to drive our Mustang. It's going to be a fantastic weekend."

The schedule for the bumper program at VIR will see the first Trans Am SGT race on Saturday, Sept 26 at 11:20 a.m. ET with the double-header race set for Sunday, Sept 27 at 11:05 a.m. and one thing is for certain, Adrian and the F.A.S.T team will be right at the forefront of the action.

Wlostowski Upbeat After Road America Challenge

21666.jpeg

Elkhart Lake, WI - August 9, 2020 - After a tremendous series of results in his first full season in Trans Am, Adrian Wlostowski starts the year off with consecutive podium finishes until heartbreak claims the weekend at Road America. The New York based driver and team principal experienced the flip side of motorsports this weekend in Elkhart Lake, August 8, when a mechanical failure working Lap 19 out of 25 meant a premature end to his race. The Big Apple ace had been running in second place and was surely looking smart for another podium finish.

"The left rear control arm snapped as we were in the closing laps of the race," said Adrian. In what could have been a nasty incident he added, "We had the wheel coming off the rear left. I lost control and spun the car around. Thankfully we didn't hit a wall!"

Adrian had once again progressed through the field, with his F.A.S.T. Auto Mustang putting up a fastest lap of 2:18:364 only second to race winner Lee Saunders, hence his disappointment was understandable when he spoke to our reporter, "I'm disappointed because I felt very good running in second place and I was slowly catching up with the Dodge Viper of Lee Saunders. I felt our car was falling off much less than the Viper towards the end of the race."

Adrian is both a realist and an optimist and he was able to see the bigger picture when he added, "We are still learning where the weak points are with this car and improving with every race. We're very much looking forward to Watkins Glen, Lime Rock, Virginia International Raceway and Circuit of the Americas because we are more familiar with those race tracks and know what to expect."

On an unfamiliar track, Adrian had begun the weekend clocking 2:22:844 in the second testing session, improving that time to 2:18:390 in the second practice session. A time of 2:17:963 meant Adrian qualified the No. 96 F.A.S.T. Auto Racing Ford Mustang in P3 and on the second row of the Super GT Class.

Adrian still picked up 22 Championship points for his trip out to Wisconsin, giving him a total of 102 points and further cementing his position in second overall from 14 contenders in the Super GT Class Drivers' Championship. The next scheduled race is at Watkins Glen next month and in this most challenging of seasons we can only hope that we are able to race at what is a home track for Adrian and the F.A.S.T. New York team.
